Claire WuEboard Position: Vice President
Class of: 2027 Major: Interdisciplinary Studies ✧*｡٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✧*｡ Hometown: Ellicott City, MD Member Since: September 2023 Bio: In freshman year of high school, Claire was introduced to taiko for the first time as a percussionist. Her band director rented out two odaiko drums for the percussion section to use in the band's performance of Bookmarks from Japan, but she was ousted away from the drums by the senior members. Despite initially having her taiko dreams crushed, she never gave up on them. Flash forward to freshman year of college: Claire sees an Instagram post about Yamatai and signs up for tryouts on a whim, ultimately having a full circle moment when she begins her college journey alongside the Yamafam as a noob! Likes: 1. morrison dining -> dole whip + lucky charms + cheerios = perfection -> mango hidden by the waffle makers -> roasted sweet potato at taco bar 2.
