Major: Biological and Environmental Engineering Hometown: Alameda, CA Member Since: September 2022 Bio: Unlike most Yamatai members, Kento grew up with almost no musical background. His musical endeavors were limited to some piano lessons he took as a kid and following guitar tutorials on YouTube, but he was always amazed by people with musical ability. Seeing Yamatai perform at Pulse left an impression on him, and, with encouragement from his close friend, he decided to try out. The rest is history, and he continues to follow more YouTube tutorials to keep up with his musically talented peers.
