Bio: Music has always been a passion for Timothy for as long as he can remember. Picking up a clarinet for the first time in third grade, he has never let go of it throughout his journey to college. However, having been a woodwind player his whole life, the world of percussion still seemed so foreign to him until one day when he decided to buy tickets for Pulse 2024 when he was visiting Cornell for admitted students day. Feeling the drums reverberate through his body, he felt chills watching the performers move gracefully with such intent and excitement as the booming drums echoed through Bailey Hall. It was from that moment that he knew trying out for Yamatai would be an opportunity he couldn't pass up.
