1. When/where are tryouts?
9:40 PM Lincoln Hall B20
Tues Sept 13th OR Wed Sept 14th
2. Should I attend both Tuesday and Wednesday?
No, please come to either Tuesday's or Wednesday's tryouts.
3. Does it matter whether I come Tuesday or Wednesday?
Nope, it won't make a difference, so pick whichever one fits your schedule best!
4. How many rounds of tryouts are there?
Three. The first round has two days, so please come to exactly one of the two choices (Tues/Wed). Rounds 2 and 3 will be announced later.
5. What should I bring to tryouts?
Water (please hydrate)
We will provide all equipment
Comfy clothes are best :)
6. Do I need a certain level of profiency/experience before joining?
Nope, most of us had little to no experience with taiko or even drumming before joining.
7. Who are you?
We are Yamatai, Cornell's one and only Japanese taiko drumming team! For more, see About.
